Sooo about post-partum pain... How long do these darn uterus cramps last for? Feels like period cramps and hurts like heck! Especially when I pump.

It seriously sucks. ibuprofen is the only way I'm making it. just takes however long your uterus needs to shrink down. I'm on day 2.

It was over 2weeks for me
