Try sleeping with a humidifier at night , it's caused by your blood vessels expanding and bursting, the humidifier helped me tons

I had them all through my pregnancy I didn't do anything for them my ob said it's a normal pregnancy symptom

My ob said the same thing. I used a humidifier and put Vaseline in my nose when it was dry

Just started happening to me, I thought something was wrong but it's not bad so I assume It's fine.

I've been having having sinus issues since July it's pissing me off now @mj3

I have stuffy nose the past two weeks with little bloody noses too. Idk why it just started.

Oh goodness! That's always the worst, I've found that my allergies are much worse now. But I hope it ends up clearing up for you :)

Yeah me too my mom ended up having surgery for hers and after I seen the process of hers at the doctors I pray I will not have to get that type of surgery @red1996
