Has anyone else suffered severe swelling in their legs and feet after birth? Ever since I left the hospital my feet are so swollen! To the point were it's painful and difficult to walk on them. I have a very low sodium diet and drink a lot of water. Any thoughts or ideas that may help?
@ligermama, thanks! Hobbit feet is a great description of my symptoms! Lol I guess I just get a little longer to be waited on a treated like a princess!
I had crazy swelling from my traumatic birth (I didn't have any IVs) and they told me to watch out for headaches and to call if I had one. But to otherwise drink lemon water and wait it out. It was like a week of hobbit feet for me! So strange since I had no swelling during pregnancy!
Yes, I'm searching for how to make it go down. It's past a bit puffy...it's painful
If you had an IV and or epidural they pumped you full of saline ( water) usually 3-5 days after birth your feet tend to be a bit puffy :)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yes!! Good attitude!! :) @queenmother
