Who uses this in the bathtub? It says on the back it says on the back if pregnant or breastfeeding…

But I will say I got diarrhea the day after... I'm not sure if it was related. but once I kept using it I was fine

I use it a lot. Nothing to worry about! It helps my musculoskeletal pain/stretching tendons and muscle cramps I get in my feet when I sleep.

@alianagirl, I believe magnesium sulfate does have the potential to loosen your bowels, but I'm not certain. @jade90kdcicg you can call a pharmacy, speak to a pharmacist and ask; they will explain why, and more than likely ease your mind. If you do, let me know what they say. I'm curious. Lol I really think it is fine, though.

Just make sure your bath water isn't too hot. 💚
