using the bathroom and trying to use it and my stomach feels like it's tight or has a lot of pressure. I can't turn or anything once i try to lay down without the slight pain. anyone experience this.

I only feel it with I have to take a bm... it's like pressure but tight pains.
This website has a list of some things that help! I know some not great for immediate relief but could help in the future! I hope that this helps I know pain isn't always caused by bloating. If it lasts longer than 30-45 minutes definitely call your doctor. Hope you feel better darlin ссылка

Yea I have :/ mine was severe bloating. I can't remember what I did for it but there are home remedies that you can try! I'll send them to you :)
