I fall asleep at 5:30 in the morning don't wake up till the afternoon. I feel drained 24/7, well yea clearly bc I don't get my nights rest. I have had trouble sleeping at night since I got pregnant but more so bc my boyfriend is up all night.. I get my rest tho, eat, & everything just my schedule is all messed up. is it bad for baby? I'm worried bc I seriously go to sleep so late. Luckily im not working at the moment.

I think as long as your still eating and doing something you should be good I work graveyard 9pm-5:30am every day and basically sleep most of the day to be rested for the night just don't forget to take your vitamins!

Im the same way and exercise for at least 30mins everyday

like what @california12632 said. try doing some evening exercises so that you can get worn out. Sleep as much as you can right now because when baby comes your going to need all the sleep you can get !!

They say exercise helps for sleeping at night, do you walk or anything?
