@anna.atterberry, I think they kinda just push everything together so when your working out an doing whatever it helps to tighten those muscles back up but ya I deff will

Because I feel like all they do is squeeze and squish yourself to get skinny. But I dont know how they work exactly, so I would just say do research.

@kmrie with the one I have now I can tighten it. I used to have the above picture they just have 2 different things. a med should be fine with the above picture

@jackieelovee22, oh ok ya the one I was looking at looked pretty much the same @briandavisjr819 an I was a med so I should prob get large then? I didn't no if you can tighten it or loosen it or how it exactly worked

Hm mine didn't ask me for my waist size :\ I just got s/m because of the range of sizes Im gonna snap shot it for you so you can see which one I got

@kmrie what size were you before you got pregnant? I was a large so I ordered an extra large from her for extra space and being able to tighten it more

I ordered mine through group on!! I haven't received it yet but it had me choose my size depending on the dress size I wear
