i take my prenatal every night & ive been taking fish oil for a few months now too (personal preference) never had any problems . So they put me on these small little red iron pills and omg !!!! its been 3 days and the side effects are crazy. first day i felt a mess, so tired and out of it. Now i woke up this morning with chest pains and the erge to vomit. Dont know if taking them at night could cause this but i dont like them !! anyone else have weird side effects on iron pills ??

I found the iron pills to have such a terrible constipating affect that I stopped taking them. I'm iron deficient anemic so I've increased iron by eating dark green leafy veggies and green food supplements.

they gave me severe stomach cramps so I stop taking them and did the same thing @hennamama did

@hennamama, same here , i just dont know what to wat more of that i dont already eat. you said green food supplement , are you talkig food or another kind of supplement?
