WIC appointment at 11 today...so not ready to deal with those judgmental looks...I'm thankful for the help but I hate having to get it 😩 as soon as this mama finishes school & gets a job we won't need anyones help anymore 👌

I hope these looks aren't from the staff there. you can report them. they should not judge

WIC is the worse about that. They judge every move you make as a mom and question everything you do. Then they talk to you and treat you like you are a completely idiot. If you don't do it their way it's just wrong ugh. I feel your pain. Everytime I go I have to remind myself I'm her parent and they aren't my doctors!

same. the staff at the wic place I go to can be so rude. like they know you need a service from them so they feel like they can treat u any way

One time they were all feed her and wouldn't stop so I sat in the waiting room and started to feed her then they pushed me into this little "breastfeeding room" ummm what happened to no shame and I can feed her anywhere? Secondly since when can you tell me I have to feed my baby?

@mimibaby, it's actually mostly other recipients of WIC bc legit I'm the ONLY white person every time I go and they give me these looks like "what's the rich white bitch doin getting help" @uhohitskyra that's awful @helpedbytmh the nutritionalist is AMAZING but the receptionists are a bit rude/snotty especially my first time when I couldn't find the lab to go get my height and weight checked
