I have a question about the mucus plug. No pictures but maybe a TMI question so don't read if that's not ok.

So I don't think I've lost my mucus plug. But I'm not sure. I have had a lot more discharge. It's a clearish/white discharge that is kinda like snot consistency. No blood in it. It doesn't resemble any type of plug or anything to me though. Could it be my mucus plug or is this just normal discharge? I read some women never loose the plug. does that mean I won't start labor on my own? I don't want to Google mucus plug because the pictures make me sick lol. I'm gonna ask my doctor but was just looking for opinions

everyone looses their plug. they just may not notice (i never saw mine) and plug is more of a general term. it's just mucus blocking. so you could be loosing yours.

I've read that usually there is at least a tinge of blood in the plug! I've had a lot more discharge now in the third trimester than ever before. It's pretty much what you're describing!
