the only thing i can say to use is this stuff called corona but you can really only get it at a feed store like for cattle and horses. i used it on my daughter and it would clear up by the next diaper change but not a lot of people believe me

my son had a rash from some diapers that he was allergic to and it was all bumpy and starting to bleed so I put petroleum jelly on it and it cleared up after putting it on two or three times

Sounds like a yeast infection, nit diaper rash. Definitely call your pediatrician... They can prescribe her something. It might also be the symptom of something else (like thrush) so it's important she see her doctor! :)

They use this in the NICU for little ones bottoms and parts :)

I love aquaphor try coconut oil to but I agree it sounds like a yeast infection. are like like red bumps just a lot of them

Take her to the dr she may be allergic or it could be a yeast rash

Corn starch works mircles. No joke. Put a few pinches on her actual diaper and also rub it on her parts and when she pees the corn starch will soak up the pee so the rash doesn't get worse and she will be cleared up in prolly two days. I promise. :)

Ya I would try baby powder to keep the area dry. That could be the problem

If you can avoid putting a diaper on her... Let the area get some air. If you have cloth diapers use those instead. I wouldn't use any cream or oils if the area is raw until. Wait until you hear from the doctor
