Just called the dr on call and I need to go to L&D but I'm so scared to go there I have been in pain…

Just called the dr on call and I need to go to L&D but I'm so scared to go there I have been in pain all day and nothing I do makes it better and comes and goes all day long . Should I take this seriously? I'm only 30 weeks and I know I can't have the baby yet . Any opinions?????
