make sure your using it correctly as the directions say.. those arm cuffs can be off but I would definitely go to the ER regardless and have it checked there with a better machine
I am an EMT and work on the ambulance daily. I definitely recommend taking a manual blood pressure. the automatic cuffs like that and even the automatics in the hospital can be off by a little.

that's a blood pressure that is WAY too high if your pregnant!!! you need to go to the ER!

your BP should be no higher then 130/90 ish while pregnant and your heart rate is high too

Oh my gosh that's no good. You need to take it again and if it's still high you need to go to the hospital. No ifs ands or buts.
