@mommyof10627, I used plexus products and evening Primrose (only before ovulation) then I also tracked my ovulation with an ovulation kit every month the difference in noticed from when I started tracking ovulation like 9 months ago was that the last 2 months my ovulation 2 as set back by 2 or 3 days so so I figured the egg was maturing better
