Awe yeah! Mine were 4 minutes apart lasting a minute long for 25 hours I went to the hospital this morning and was told they are labor contractions but they aren't doing anything, I have my last doctors appointment tomorrow and I'll most likely have to set up and induction date 😔 I had to be induced with my daughter I stopped dilated at 5 cm, being induced again was to e expected! Hopefully things will change in these last five days I've heard it's very common! But no one ever tells you how annoying it is to constantly second guess yourself if it's the real deal haha

I've been getting contractions and sometimes steady ones for hours! And they'll be like maybe 10 mins apart. I haven't gone to the hospital cause my water hasn't broke. I just lay in bed and suck it up. I've also been told I'll prob have them until the baby is born super common

@katiechickie, yes when I was 35 weeks I went I to L&D for contractions that lasted 12 hours, and were time able. They told me I was only 1 1/2 cm dilated and 60% effaced! The contractions were real contractions just not really strong enough to do anything or progress, my doctor did tell me I might be one of the unlucky ones and experience them until I give birth!

Did they check to see if you're dilated at all?
