My Pap smear came back abnormal so I have to get a colposcopy 😑😞 idk what that is about anyone ever had one before or an abnormal Pap smear

I've had an abnormal Pap smear they just told me they would have to do another one in like 6 months to a year bc it could turn into cervical cancer I haven't had my recheck yet it's about that time tho, but good luck with yours I hope everything comes out ok for you 🙏🙏🙏

I have. It's been awhile. They look inside you with a microscope. I got to see the process on a TV screen. My sister just had one, but she didn't get to see it. Usually they will follow up 6 months later and then 1 year to make sure everything is normal.
