How many weeks should u pack a hospital bag ? And when should u put up your crib ?

I've had the crib up for a few weeks now and I'm almost 23 weeks. she's going to be early between 32-37 weeks but I just wanted my older daughter to adjust to sharing her room.

I'm 24 weeks and trying to get my baby dad to put the crib up now
