Is it true that when you get an epidural, they have to insert a catheter to pee in because you can't feel when you have to go while you have it?!
@babyn2015, i didnt have to get my one with mine my nurse said if i could lift my but and pee in a bed pan she wouldnt make me get it so i made sure both times i had to pee i lifted my ass o pee in he bed pan! I loved my nurse she was awesome
You don't feel it at all. Just try not to think about it cause I know it totally freaks you out but believe me you won't know and they are always so gentle
I had it one with my first born and my contractions were hurting me so bad that I couldn't feel the needle and they did out a catheter in me cause I couldn't move my lower half of my body to go to the bathroom
I got mine and didn't feel a thing and they take it out when it's time to push
when ingot mine it just stung a little it wasn't bad and then it kicks in right away
That I don't remember lol, I haven't had one in over 7 years haha
Yes! But it takes awhile for the numbness to wear off too
You're going to be numb from like the waist down I believe. You won't be able to walk.
You know you have children when...
You get to work and notice that your pants have smudges of unidentifiable origin from the knee down. ?
Bakers!
When making bread do you HAVE let it double before you punch it down and split it?
How old?
How old were you when you lost your virginity?
When you think of a romantic dinner, what food would you want to have??
I had one and I couldn't pee for like 2 weeks. It hurt so bad I would hold it literally all day until I absolutely couldn't. Worst part about having a baby. My vagina didn't even hurt just my urethra from the catheter.
