you're not supposed to leave them alone when they sleep on their belly but my son would fall asleep after like 5 minutes of tummy time & I'd let him stay like that for another 5. I wouldn't just let him sleep for hours like that.

@aek91, aren't they not suited to be in their belly when they're asleep?
