red raspberry leaf tea. it significantly boosts your supply. I almost drowned my child the other day because I didn't realize it made me get more milk

@ce5ce, my right breast had block ducts and I got rid of them but it hurt my supply. I nearly get a couple drops out so she won't feed in that side, and she's starting to reject the other side now!

what seems to be the problem

Oh I know I have stains on my shirt right now from leaking I'm washing everyday because of breast milk . I'm trying to stay consistent with the pump and feed every 2-3 hours but it's hard @paigesanchez14

@marleiismama, I'm not just yet. I have an apt with a lactation consultant Friday.. See if she'll be any help to my situation! Breast feeding def not a walk in the park.

don't be discouraged , it's not for everyone. and your not a bad mom if you decide to stop! but you can do it it's what your body is made to do and if you change your mind about it that's OK! I breastfed my first for a year but I'm considering formula this time around I'm 37 weeks. (it's not for me) 😉😊
