This morning sickness n feeling lethargic really suck! I'm only 8 weeks n everyday I feel like shit. trying to get through a day of work is torture. any advice?

The only thing that finally helped me was taking Unisom and a B6 vitamin every night. Next morning would be fine.

ginger root in a smoothie helped me. and just eating bites of things even tho u don't want to alot of my nausea stemmed from an empty stomach

@hotpink4, My ENTIRE first trimester was torture no matter what I tried. I tried saltines, ginger ale, ginger, herbal teas, even prescriptions pills from my OB...the only thing that helped was prescription suppositories (yuck...but it helped). Many mommies said the prescription pills helped, have you gone to the dr yet? If not, ask your dr when you go. You should be close to it being over though!

also red raspberry loose leaf tea helped me the most. you can get it at any whole foods store
