@ananasbaby, well you pretty much get the primerose oil and put some inside your vagina.. and you can also drink the tea also. It prepares your body for baby.

Thank you! that is very interesting. I was just reading that it helps to soften your cervix. I always wonder if it isn't better to just wait until the baby and your body are ready, but I know I am gonna be so impatient too by that time!

@ananasbaby, it doesn't work right away. It doesn't nessarily speed up the process either it only serves to prepare your body.
