I've had a headache all day. I wasn't hungry or dehydrated. Thinking of I'm taking 2 Tylenol. I try so hard not to take meds but this is really painful.

I've heard putting your hands and feet in warm water and placing an ice pack (or frozen veggies) on the back of your neck is suppose to work. I haven't tried it though.
