Docs usually recommend 6 weeks minimum

They also suggest 6 weeks because you're hella fertile after a baby.

I waited 3 weeks after having my twins and I had one stitch from a small tear. No issues.

I waiting to 4 weeks postpartum but they suggest 6 weeks to make sure your healing up well

I didn't tear as well but I waited I think four weeks and was still nervous. Idk I was worried he was gonna like hurt something. It honestly took me until like last week to be ok with it and my son will be eight weeks on Thursday
