completely overreacted toward my son "breaking my desk". I feel horrible. he's hiding upstairs bawling bc he feels horrible about it. I told him I'm not mad and it can be fixed but nothing is helping.

I'm always on edge lately and very irritable. I can't take my anxiety meds. I try not to let it effect my kids but I can't always be successful. @february2016
