They can't make you take it without your consent. I'd talk to HR if you're not ready yet. That just means you get less time at home with baby :-/ I worked until my very last day.

I completely agree with @peanut0915 bc your baby might not even be here till your 41 weeks and you need every minute you can with your baby after they are born! I'm working until I go into labor!

I'm the same way 😕 taking FMLA because I can hardly walk she is too low and hurts. My pelvic bone hurts my tail bone hurts and my feet are super swollen. I called FMLA today waiting on papers to take to Dr. I need to rest before she is here. No more working for me
