I mean most women are dilated to like 1 or two centimeters at 34 weeks. I'm 29 weeks and dilated 1 centimeter and my doctor said its absolutely normal. also could be Braxton hicks

contractions do start early. And you can actually be dilated for weeks before you Give birth. @booberry2015

well its strange because I've been having cramps and a little pressure down there for like a week but I'm only 34 weeks. I'm going for my appointment this Wednesday. @tonifeise1
