My doctor had me use a mix of vaseline and cortizone cream. It cleared up overnight. So amazing. If your not comfortable using cortisone without doctor permission (don't blame you), you could just do vaseline.

I use coconut oil and skinfix products.

Aquaphor is supposed to be really good, too. My babies have had a little dry patch here and there, nothing serious, but it helped them.

Try organic coconut oil. Heard it works wonders. Or breast milk

@ligermama, wow cortizone for a baby? Didnt know doctors prescribe that for small babies. How old is your baby? You would think its sucha strong medicine/cream.

He is 4 mo. It does seem strong! I only use it when it's really bad and then use just vaseline or aveeno eczema cream to maintain. :) It worked like a charm but I definitely wouldn't use it constantly!
