My son gets yeast infections easier than I breathe. We rarely ever give him juice and if we do, it's a very small glass. We've been changing him very frequently and he still gets them 4 or more times a week. The doctor prescribes him nystatin, but we don't get refills So I have to Keep making him appointments to get more. We have tried monistat but that has not helped for some reason. His doctor does nothing except give him the nystatin and send me on my way. I also give him robotics once or twice a day to help his system but nothing has seemed to help. Are there any ways to help get rid of these pesky things??

He's almost 17 months old. We are currently potty training and he's taking to it well but my husband doesn't want to switch him completely just yet. He does have very sensitive skin. @bradsmom711

It might just be a something that all diapers are made of that he may be allergic too. Have you ever tried just leaving underwear on him? Idk how old he is, but with my daughter we also tried training her as soon as she walked to that way she didn't need to be wearing the diapers that long. Well around the house and stuff. When we went out unfortunately we had to use a diaper. It sucks I know. I always felt so bad for my daughter cause she's scream bloody murder when she had to be changed.

We have switched diapers so many times @bradsmom711 and he still has gotten them. I will definitely try cornstarch though.

I know my daughter used to get that but even redder and more burning looking. It turned out to be her diapers. We were using Pampers but had to switch to Huggies because of the fragrance. Whoever said Corn Starch we found it to also help alot. The creams and medicine typically don't work. Well just temporary, but we found it came back even worse most times.

awww poor baby :/ my cousins daughter used to get yeast infections a lot but because she never changed her diaper I think she would leave her in one diaper all day. :(

Yeah I'm positive. He gets them so often and I've taken him to the doctor so many times and it's always been yeast lol. They say boys carry it just normally I guess! Its really bad. I'll post a picture. @mommiesworld
