I used to sleep with a receiving blanket in my nursing bra until my supply regulated 😉
I'm about to do like I did with my first child cut a dam pad in half and stick it over my nipples lol
Lol. I know the feeling!!!!!! I have to say try a trial pack of the time tippee disposable pads. They were the only ones that really helped absorb the milk. I woke up a lot less like that with them.
