trying to decrease my milk supply... Getting tired of pumping milk, and heavy boobs 😩

decrease the times you pump slowly.. are you still gonna be breastfeeding? if so just decrease the times you pump slowly & your supply should decrease your boobies are gonna be hard & sore just kind of comes with the territory. & if you aren't breastfeeding anymore just decrease the times you pump during the day & night your boobs are gonna be hard & sore also wear a tight bra like a sports bra they say tight bras make your milk dry out I heard peppermint does too so maybe a peppermint tea ooorr I also heard benadryl dries you out too

I had to stop pumping to decrease my flow. Because I still was bfing I hand expressed so that I would be comfortable and now it's regulated

Try latching. I started that last month and rarely pump . Once every few days . It's soooo convinient
