Black and Blue cohosh! Anyone use it? If so could you help me out by telling me how much I should take? The black is 100 mg and the blue is 1000. It's also the tincture and not the pills.

It's like drops that you can put under your tongue or in warm water/tea and in smaller doses it's suppose to help prep your cervix and in larger doses it induces labor.

But it's not recommended for use until ATLEAST 36 weeks and it's recommended to get permission from OB or midwife first. @landon1002

@adaline0914, im for sure not looking to induce anything trust me!!! i wanted all natural but i have pre e now and am being monitored twice a week plus having my doc appts once a week. so im stuck being induced. they said they wont let me go past 37 weeks so he will be here in next 3 to 4 weeks. i just was curious lol. i seen someone else post something about one of those b4 and didn't ask but seeing it again peaked interest haha :)

Yeah I'm having the same problem with not wanting to be induced! I'd ask your dr about it because if you can go into labor on your own that would be great! I heard pitocin is terrible and makes contractions worse. I'm with u on all natural though. I've probably invested $100-200 on essential oils and other things to help with labor! Haha @landon1002

I might ask though cause i really want to still go natural and heard pitocin is horrible.
