Been here since 630am for my 3 hour glucose test. Of course they all of a sudden can't find my work order. So I can't start my glucose test until my doctor opens (730am) and I go get a copy of my work order. My 3 hour glucose test just turned into a fucking 4-5 hour process. I've been fasting already for 13 hours. I'm hungry. Im thirsty and I can't even drink water. I'm Tired. And really fucking pissed off right now.

Ugh the glucose test!! Such torture for poor pregnant mamas. Sorry that happened to you!!

@ligermama, it's okay. :/ I did my 1 hour on Thursday. Now time for my 3 hour! :/ ughhhh I just want to get this shit over with!

The worst part is how inaccurate the first one is!! Hopefully the three hour is fine :)

@ligermama, I hope so :/ i was off by 11 points on the 1hour test. Do you know why they're so inaccurate!?

I don't know why but I do know that lots of women who fail the one hour, pass the three hour and are totally fine :) so fingers crossed!!

@doodiemo, i know it's a pain but if you were positive without knowing it... It could be very bad! Maybe talk to your doctor?

@doodiemo, to see if you have gestational diabetes! It could be very severe to you or your baby if you do have it but leave it untreated!

@ligermama, that's what the nurse said. She said she failed her 1 hour test too with her son! :/ and that even tho they make you fast 12 hours before. If you at a lot of sweets the day before it will effect your results and make you fail the 1hour test.

I don't even know if I have it! 😟 I've even been to the hospital but I don't think they even looked for it. I need to talk to my OB on Friday!
