#transformationTuesday 2 weeks postpartum vs. 40 weeks prego: My pre-pregnancy weight was around 135-138. I went up to 167, gaining about 30-32 lbs! After giving birth 2 weeks ago I weigh 145 as of today. No special diet. I will admit that my appetite did change & minimize a lot compared to what it was when I was pregnant. I don't crave junk food anymore. Also, No stretchmarks 😅so I feel completely blessed! No offense to those mommies that do get em'. I understand every body is different. Another thing, some people might think I'm obsessed about my weight, but it's not even like that. Yes, I care about my health and my body image. I mean if I don't who else will? Lol No one, so therefore I try my best to look and feel my best. Having a baby is not an excuse to lose yourself. I can't wait and I'm so excited to going back to the gym!
