Everything looks right as far as I can tell except your LO is a bit low. You're supposed to be able to kiss them. And I think it will start killing your back if you keep it that low. Just keep tightening the straps the go over the shoulders until the whole thing sits higher up on your chest!

okay yes it's killing my back lol. it's hard when I am buckling him lol cause he keeps pushing out!! do you know when you can do the side position?? @ligermama

I think as soon as they are old enough to sit on their own. I am looking forward to that position too because my son hates being that close and contained haha
