It's like that bc the hormones in your body are always changing so much. I got nose bleeds a lot to and I looked it up and asked my doctor and friends about why I was getting them and it's just bc of the hormones changing. It happens to people at random times. Good luck! Drink lots of water

Both I hear are a common symptom unfortunately

I had nose bleeds when I first got pregnant. And I have horrible migraines all the time now. I think it's normal. Crappy. But normal. Lol
