Lancôme le crayon khol... Its almost 30$ BUT you can get it off amazon and it lasts atleast a year ... It works the best and ive tried a lot

Is that liquid or does it come in different forms? Right now I just use the gel from the jar and then a liquid over top of that to keep it on. When it's hot out it smears bad. @theredheadchic

use a water and smudge proof . I don't where make up but I know it's some out there

I use the Loreal lacquer liner! it doesn't smear for me at all and It lasts a long time

liquid is only one I found that smears the least

I use a felt pen one no smearing at all

do you use eye primer? I have this problem too 😭 but usually, liquid eyeliner is the only one that doesn't smear for me.
