in a hotel with no paracetamol but have the worst head ake ever can't sleep and it's starting to make me feel unwell now also can't look at lights and if I go in a light room head ake gets worse any ideas what I can do?

I agree, it does sound like a migraine.As ridiculous as it sounds, when I have tried paracetamol, water and it hasn't' worked, a cup of tea and a cold compress has taken the edge off! Hope it eventually left you alone!!
Sounds like a migraine hun, not much you can do without pain killers. Try avoiding bright lights xx
If you have the lights off and just soak yourself and close your eyes? It helps me @chesscaxox xx
Run yourself a warm bath? Could always ask the hotel staff if they could get hold of any paracetamol? Worth a try. Xx

I literally just passed out at work . I got so dizzy and light headed , has anyone else experienced passing out?
Ladies I got light-headed and fell down on my broken ankle and now I can't stand or feel it should I go to the hospital 😭💔😭
