Yummy! Recipe please?!

1 lb browned ground beef

12oz frozen corn

12oz frozen green beans

64oz vegetable juice

3 large potatoes cooked and diced (somewhat firm still)

8oz elbow noodles cooked (firm)

14.5oz can diced tomatoes

put all ingredients (except potatoes and noodles) in a pot till boiling let simmer for about 15 minutes

put cooked noodles and potatoes in very last before serving.

you can put whatever veggies you want in it pretty much. just need to make sure you don't over cook them with the simmering. also you can use canned instead of frozen.

we eat it with crackers. you can add more juice to it if you want it more "soupy". ADD ONIONS IF YOU LIKE AND SALT PEPPER TO TASTE GARLIC POWDER. @sunshine1 @juliagail09
