I have lower back pain and lower abdomen pain but not in a contraction fashion. It just seems to be a constant pain.... I don't think this is labor, but it's no fun either. 😓

Lay down for awhile with your feet up and drink water.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

I have the worst lower back pain why tho? I can barely sit up

I got a pain in my lower right side by my knicker line what is it is it anythink to worry about??? ..

okay so I need HELP! I took castor oil with juice about 2 hours ago and I'm having sharp pains in my lower back!!! they take my breath away :(
