They won't take your baby unless baby test positive (and that would only happen if you were smoking) then they will put you under investigation and cps will be involved for at least 3 years. ID advise anything illegal get out of the house your man will need to quit too they will want to test him as well to make sure it's a good environment for baby.

I wish I could smoke... That way Id at least be guilty and calm lol but I hate even the smell of it now :/

drinks lots and lots of water it take 30 days to get out your system and it takes 2 months to get out of the plencenta (those are the #s if u smoke) I smoked with my son through half my pregnancy they never said anything to me and they didn't take.my son they did drug test him which is mandatory at my hospital and it was out his system. but if u are around weed smoke my ob even told.me if u are around.it it won't be in your system.unless u partake in it. and my husband smoked everyday and we had sex everyday and when I quit smoking.it never showed up.in my urine but gallons of water a day cleaned out my system in time before I went into labor

Omg sperm carries it!? Im so friggin NOT having sex anymore!! He can play with himself... I DID NOT know that. My S/O smokes but I havent since the very beginning (when I lost over 20 lbs and dr said whatever i was doing to eat, keep doing it). I quit as soon as I could eat normal. that was when I was almost 4 months and Im at the end of my 7th month now. Will it be in the babies system if I didnt touch it?? We stay in a hotel room though right now and I was sitting across the bed from him (him at the bottom and me at the top).

I've need heard of them just taking the baby but I do know a lot of states if it shows up in the baby's system or yours at birth then they get CPS involved. I used to work with a girl who had that happen because her bd smoked. So just stay away from it.

that is odd it showed up, it should omly do that on a hairfolicle test. but depending on your body size it will leave your system before 30 days, drink lots of water, and try to naturally flush your system. they won't just take your baby away for it, but they will give you a cps case to follow up on.

if u want it put of your system it'll take. a. few weeks, water and cranberry should do the trick.

also it might be TMI, remember sperm also can keep you testing dirty so I'd your SO it's doing it do not allow him to sleep with you because that can keep you dirty also... ijs this is something I learned

it's funny to me cuz I smoked throughout my pregnancy and they mever told me anything... nit even when I delivered...

I smoked weed for my back, it didn't have a high thc level. it was used more for the cbd. so I wasn't high...

That's odd that it showed up. I had a nurse tell me that just being around someone who smokes won't effect your tests. But if it's there it's there so I imagine it would be a few weeks. Drink LOTS of water and stay on top of your vitamins. And obviously don't be near someone smoking. You'll be okay! ❤️

but remember she had two systems to worry about, idk how long it takes when your pregnant it might take longer to be clean.... you need to stay hydrated drink a lot of water, you have time to stay clean also be sure to stay away from 2nd hand it's no joke!

all I can say is drink plenty of water and try some cranberry juice. stay away from the smoke have them smoke somewhere else I've doing that with my boyfriend. he goes outside.

Stop smoking and stop being around people who smoke, it takes 30 days to completely leave your system.
