Maybe you should call his doctor & see what they say

@mommieoftaylei idk about that because the way it started just on his neck then moved to his ears then his hair then face once it got to his hair I noticed he had cradle cap

My baby has the samething in her neck & behind her ears . But she got it from laying on my sister shirt after she sprayed perform . Maybe that's the reason

@momtonoasophia I think it's that because he had candle cap in his hair and it took the top of his hair off

I thought it was a heat rash cause my baby sweats like crazy when she sleeps but we came from our pediatrician and she actually said its cradle cap. Cradle cap affects not only the head but it can be seen on their eyelids,ears,and face. It's normal and she just gave me some aveeno and excema lotion to put it on in case it starts itching @makkaimommy

Yep I'm thinking it's heat rash. Try dressing him in light clothing while he sleeps. Like a onesie with socks and if it's a little chilly in your house put a light blanket on him. @mahkaimommy

it's a hest rash my son just had a heat rash all in his head I have to keep him with no clothes on other wise he gets too hot & gets it in his head & on his face & shoulders. try taking him a warm bath but don't put soap on him just let him sit in the water that's what I did with Kaine for 3 days

@prettyyellow yes he sweats a lot and get hot fast it's like all his face and in his hair and his arms but his face and hair the most @boggerbaby

My baby had this and it was baby acne.

It might be baby acne or heat rash. My little guy still gets heat rash and you don't even have to be out in the sun to get it. Does he sweat a lot ? @mahkaimommy
