If my boobs still aren't leaking and when I squeeze them just like a small tiny little drop comes out... Does that mean I'm not lactating? Will I be able to breast feed still ?

So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation. Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on . I hope my fluids stay consistent.

@audreysmama, Yeah you'll know when your milk comes in because your breast will get rock hard and will hurt because they are full of milk. But don't get scared or discouraged, that pain will go away after a few weeks. It's just something you have to get used to.

Okay thank you @klachappelle I know they drink the clear stuff but I was just concerned cause I don't have that much clean stuff coming out and I'm 35 weeks .. But that answered my question .. So it will come in after she's born more

@audreysmama, They drink colostrum for the first few days then when your milk comes in they drink that. I never leaked before my daughter and I'm 34 weeks now with my son and I haven't leaked this time either. I nursed my daughter for 15 months, and hopefully I'll be able to do the same with my son. Don't stress though, you'll do just fine. Babies stomachs are tiny when they are born they don't need much to get full!

Colostrum will coat your babies tummy and provide all the essential nutrients/vitamins and barriers to keep him/her healthy! It's important and all breasts produce that first!

@audreysmama your breasts will still produce colostrum during those days until your milk comes in! But try not to stress over it because that can cause the delay! The nurses will help you out too!!

How is she gunna eat the first 3 days then ? Cause there's seriously like the smallest amount of clear liquid that comes out .. I'm just stressing aha I really want to breast feed and im worried I won't be able to @mrsg25

if you can squeeze colostrum out id say you have nothing to worry about. until the baby has their first few drinks your regular milk won't come in yet

Not everyone's boobs will leak pre birth! And your milk supply can take 3 days after baby is born to come in! Just don't stress over it and you should be great momma!
