Yeah Medicaid will back pay. Your doctor won't induce that early without medical reasons. And there is laws on firing pregnant women, I would speak to a lawyer.

They accused me of something I didn't do and they didn't have proof that I did or didn't do it so they decided it best if they just fire me. I already called an attorney because I had been there for 3 years.

You might be able to get cobra coverage but it's obnoxiously high - 500-1000/mo but may be worth it in your case. (Even if just for a month to pay for the delivery)

I go to school for this with dealing with insurance don't worry just wait till you go into labor and apply to Medicaid as long as the bill isn't over three months old they will pay it off.
