Monday around 4pm I had laid elizabeth down after she fall asleep in my arms. I went to check on her and found her not breathing her lips and finger tips were turning blue. she was unresponsive and had no pulse. I was home alone I ran to the living room with her in my arms. laid her on the floor as I called 911. thank god I know cpr after 2 breathes and what felt like hours of chest competitions she finally started breathing on her own. ems took use the OU children's hospital and they did blood work, urine sample, and 2 failed attempts at lp. we stayed for 48 hours for observation. at the end of it all they found nothing wrong. the Dr said I probably prevented an episode of SIDS. I am glad to say we are home and she is happy and smiling. more pics in comments
