Can I take my 7 month old a bath every night or will that dry his skin out? I put baby lotion on him every time he's done btw...he just gets so dirty with his food

I bathe my son twice a day & I just moisture him with coconut oil. & aveeno lotion

I've been bathing my daughter every day since she was a month old I just use Vaseline after her bath since she has eczema
