Bleach soak

You need to strip and then do a bleach soak. If you don't do this then no matter what you do the smell will just come back. Also you need to check your wash routine. If your diapers are being properly cleaned they wouldn't smell.

I've heard no vinegar, @californiahaley any input?

Vinegar and baking soda should also help

Uhm I didn't...I just used the machine, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt if you did and you would probably be able to skip a wash if you did that

okay should I soak mine in bathtub with bleach first. I have a he@paisleysmama0216

I started the washer with hot water, put in the bleach and my laundry soap then put in the diapers/inserts for the first wash...then I washed them with just detergent still on hot water then I ran the washer one more time with nothing but hot water just to be SURE that all the bleach was out...it sounds like a lot but it worked...our machine doesn't have hot water so my diapers don't get as clean in my opinion so I do this once a month at my moms house

1/4 c. Bleach in the washing machine with them washing with hot water works for mine ☺️
