not where I want to be but I'm proud I look better then prior to my pregnancy body .. I am sharing this with all mom's to let you all know that with an hour at the gym 3 to 4 times a week anything is possible ! as long as you put your mind to it ! I'm 20 pounds less than I was prepragnancy . currently 150 pounds , tiger stripes and all .. 15 pounds to go to my target weight ... mom's you can do it ! it takes time to see the progress but it's worth it

I had post partum depression so the gym helped a lot with that. . it's my kind of get away , (hopefully that doesn't sound wrong) .. but just say you're down and out and 3 to 4 times a week would help.. even if you have to ask your boyfriend @helpedbytmh
that's awesome! I used to work out 4-5 times a week for an hr before baby and would love to get back to that again! I think I need to try the beg nom or sister to watch baby trick lol
this is what I do.. I basically have to beg my sister or mother to watch her 4 times a week. I go for mostly an hour .. what I do is 10 minutes cardio is the beginning then do either my arms & back OR legs .. I do squats every day .. then after my weights I'll do another 10 minutes of cardio. I try my best with cardio @helpedbytmh

It's hard when they work all the time but if I couldn't I would do home work outs . I'm lucky to live with my mom so she helps me for just an hour .. and that's what I need to do next . I have a nutri ninja I need to put to use .. and I need to adjust my diet even more . don't worry ladies it will fall off .. breastfeeding is helping me also @junesmommy15 @b3autifulm3ss
my husband works all the time also but oh well once this little monster is old enough to put in the child care area... IT'S ON!!! I've already made my adjustments to my diet (low fat, low sodium, low sugar, all natural) I make a nutri ninja fruit & veggie smoothie in the morning which I sip on all day until dinner. Once I'm able to get to the gym it will FALL off I'm positive 💪👍

not even your boyfriend ? I'm lucky to have my sister or mom watch her for just an hour because the gym is 3 blocks from my house . . at times I can't make it but I try my best @b3autifulm3ss
