My milestones I have are once a month they say 4 weeks 1 month and so on 8 weeks 2 months and 12 weeks 3 months why would they say 12 weeks if I'm not 3 months till a odd number ? And it also depends on when you conceived . I go see my doctor a week before I go into another month ..

4 weeks in every month . Just like 12 weeks is 3 months but 16 weeks is 4.

If you are 15 weeks aren't you already 4 months?
