your having waffles anyways so it'll be sweet regardless , just use less syrup and maybe stretch the cereal with some flour if you have any. you can also cut the chicken breast into strips once its a little thawed to make tenders , it'll thaw and cook faster. :-)

thaw it in a bowl of hot water , it won't take long. put it in a zip lock bad and just let in sit in the water for 30 minutes, in the meantime you can crush the cereal for the crust
